About the White Doves

Our white doves (aka Rock Doves) are not harmed in any way by releasing them at events. They have been trained and are capable of finding their way home from over 200 miles. A miracle of nature enables the Rock Doves to do this.

Our domestically raised birds pose no threat to humans or animals. The birds are vaccinated and wormed for disease on a regular schedule. They love to bathe and keep themselves clean.

For their health and safety we limit the miles and time of release so that they can be home before sunset. We do not release them in thunderstorms, rain, fog, high winds, snow or near power lines.

Our season of service is March through October, Visitation Doves year round.
